Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping (USA & Canada): 5–10 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on location
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking:
All orders include tracking. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers:
We primarily use Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and DHL for reliable, insured shipping.

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns must include tracking
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom pieces or personalized items
- Sale or discounted products
- Items broken due to mishandling after delivery
How to Initiate a Return:

- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- Photos if applicable (for damages or issues)
Once approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
📬 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging
- We’ll issue a replacement or refund as appropriate
